2018-19 Annual Report

The 2018-19 Annual Report of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal was presented in Parliament on 24 October 2019.

“The 2018-19 financial year saw the Tribunal switch focus from providing external dispute resolution services for superannuation complaints to resolving existing complaints,” said Acting Chairperson Ragini Rajadurai.

Resignation of Chairperson and Appointment of Acting Chairperson

Helen Davis has resigned as Chairperson of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal, effective 30 August 2019. The Tribunal thanks Helen for her guidance, particularly during this recent period of change and preparation for closure, and wishes her all the best in her future endeavours.
